Friends Who Are Going
Event description

Description

A one day course on how to write a sitcom. Harry Venning, creator and writer of Clare in the Community about to have its 12th series on Radio 4, and Alison Vernon-Smith, former Executive Producer in BBC Radio Comedy and multi award-winning audio Producer, talk through the rules of sitcom, how to create great sitcom characters, structure and plotting, writing outlines and pitching.

The cost of £120 for the day includes the opportunity to have Harry or Alison send notes on one of your scripts or outlines submitted to them up to one month from the date of the workshop.

There are only ten places on the day, so lots of opportunity to get personal attention and direction, plus one session deals with specific queries or areas participants want to discuss.

If there are no tickets left but you'd like to reserve a place on the next date then please contact us through Facebook
