About this event

  • 1 hour

In this naughty little work-in-progress solo show, writer performer Doug Crossley will mince into his villain era, and he’d love to take you along for the ride. Sashaying across the divide between light and shadow, public and private, good and bad, he’s on a mission to needle the nasty bits of life and make friends with them. He’ll be asking, is kindness what we must wear to survive a straight world?

Did he willingly purchase that mask from the very systems he should be raging against? And… is it just more fun to be an evil gay? Then just maybe, finding out that he is not as nice as he thought he was all along. It’s time for the dawn of a new gay. If it’s No More Mr. Nice Gay, then who? Come and find out. Expect comedy, songs, and storytelling. LGBTQ+ themes.
