Abosede
Alaka, mba is a social impact consultant, independent trainer and facilitator, with over a decade of experience spanning corporate strategy, youth development, and social mobility. She is the founder of Impact On The Go Circle, where she designs and delivers gamified workshops using a coaching approach that makes confidence, inclusion, and allyship practical, engaging, and transformative.
She holds her Master’s degree in International Management from ICHEC Brussels Management School, Belgium’s leading business school. As part of her final research, she travelled to Burkina Faso to conduct fieldwork evaluating a practical toolkit that helped primary school students build an entrepreneurial mindset and lead independent projects.
Abosede spent 10 years in corporate strategy and business development, leading transformation and partnership projects across healthcare, technology, and retail sectors. A bilingual professional (English and French), she has managed international projects across the UK, Belgium, and Italy, supporting global clients across the EMEA region, including Medtronic & Bio-Rad (pharmaceuticals and healthcare), Total Energies (oil and gas), and ALD Automotive (corporate leasing).
She also founded her first business Abosede Alaka Consulting Ltd back in 2022, consulting for multiple youth-focused charities and foundations across the UK. Since then, she has supported nonprofit leaders on organisational development and capacity-building projects, transforming CEOs’ visions into systems and processes that enhance efficiency, scalability, and long-term impact.
Featured at the 1st Black Business Fair at Brent Cross Shopping Centre in October 2025 supported by CB Plus, Abosede currently designs and delivers interactive, gamified training sessions for purposeful organisations including the Aleto Foundation. Her mission is simple: to help people unlock clarity and confidence in communication, reframe barriers, and build the courage to speak up, self-advocate, lead, and thrive in everyday environments.
Outside of her consulting and facilitation work, Abosede is a dedicated mentor and coach for young people and grassroots charities. She regularly shares her time and expertise to help others grow, dream bigger, and make an impact in their communities. She has also been honoured to speak about social mobility and how to pivot: transforming experience into expertise at organisations such as ColorIntech and Beyond Our Youth.
