Traditionally described as being born between the mid-1990s and early 2000s, 'Generation Z' represents the new wave entering the contact centre workforce this year. In order to attract and retain the brightest agents, the technology to support them becomes even more important. No longer are clunky, disparate systems acceptable for the workforce - or indeed the customer. Learn how new technology such as Real-Time Speech Analytics, Best Time to Contact Analytics and advanced WFM can transform your contact centre.

Pauline Cochrane, Head of Research & Partnerships at the CCA will be presenting 'The workforce of the future – leaders are you listening?' Is your workforce is concerned about the potential impact of artificial intelligence and growing use of automation on their jobs? Will it aid or hinder their future career prospects? What are their desires and ambitions for the future? CCA is launching new research that will seek to answer these questions and more; providing a fully independent, and impartial view of what it’s like to be a front-line advisor and front-line manager. Pauline will share some preliminary findings and discuss the critical areas for business leaders in understanding their workforce of the future.
