Event description

Description

Juan Pablo Honorato guitar

This programme explores the development of original music for guitar through its colours and technique during the mid-20th century. In France and England, Roland Dyens and Benjamin Britten transformed and developed guitar music in individual ways while the works of Brazilian composer, Villa-Lobos, influenced both European styles.

Wheelchair users are entitled to concessionary priced tickets with a complimentary companion seat. Guide dogs are welcome at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire venues. If you wish to bring a Guide Dog or wheelchair, please let the Events Office know by calling 0121 331 5909.
