Description

The introduction of the new Education Inspection Framework (EIF) and new inspection methodology herald significant changes to inspection methodology including the reduced role of the nominee, the enhanced role of middle managers and the use of deep dives to gather evidence.

This event is a must for anyone who is likely to be inspected soon and will be the ‘main’ nominee or a ‘mini nominee’. The event will develop your confidence by giving you a detailed understanding of how to manage your inspection and be effective. By the end of the day you will have a clear focus of what you and your colleagues need to do and prepare for inspection and a clear action plan to help you achieve this.
