About this event

Non Duality Online Drop Ins

If you are willing to have everything you believe about yourself and life to be challenged, then come along. If you don't want the freedom which comes from that then we advise to stay well away!

The evenings are run by Suryacitta and gleaned from his 30+ years of experience.

These meetings are called satsangs - meetings in truth. It is a radical approach. Over the sessions you are going to explore your own immediate experience to discover the truth of who you really are, and what is really going on, not what you THINK/BELIEVE is going on.

These going deeper - non duality meetings are broadcast live over Zoom and they are also recorded should you miss any sessions.

Mindfulness cic was established by Suryacitta Malcolm Smith and Gaynor Quilter in 2012. It is a non-profit, Community Interest Company.

Suryacitta has been practising mindfulness since 1989 and teaching since 1996. He is an ordained Buddhist Minister, but teaches in a secular way. He is author of three books on mindfulness including Happiness and How it Happens - Finding Contentment through Mindfulness published in 2011.

He appears monthly on BBC Radio doing their thought for the day. He runs mindfulness and compassion courses and teacher training retreats in the UK, Europe and Australia.

Gaynor co-founder of Mindfulness CIC has worked in charities for over 30 years, principally with young people including homeless, parenting and mental health. She was CEO of Alone in London and Apex Works. Gaynor’s interests lie in the alignment between values, culture and behaviours.

Gaynor has been practising mindfulness for over 10 years. She came to the practice after the death of her Mum and found that mindfulness allowed her to stay in her body rather then her head. She found it the most helpful way of experiencing pain and loss. Gaynor has a degree from Bradford University and attended mindfulness teacher training at Bangor University.

Together they have taught mindfulness to 1000s of people and taught hundreds how to teach it in the UK, Europe and Australia
