Welcome to our October webinar! We are very excited to host Professor White, who has been the Medical Director of the Institute for Addressing Strangulation, UK since it was established in October 2022. Prior to that she was the Clinical Director of the Saint Mary’s Sexual Assault Referral Centre, and continues to undertake clinical forensic medical examinations. She has provided expert evidence on behalf of both the prosecution and the defence.
Join us for this introductory lecture on all aspects of non-fatal strangulation. It is a rising issue within the medical community and up to date knowledge is a must for all doctors, nurses and allied health professionals. Professor White will be presenting her expereriences with non-fatal strangulation and this will be followed by questions and answers from the audience.
