Event description

Description

Speakers: Dr Moira Bailey and Anne Stevenson

Opportunities for formal learning interventions are less frequent, due to a combination of economic conditions and people’s personal learning preferences. Does this mean learning in organisations suffers? On the contrary, it may be time to consider more effective and less expensive methods of professional development. This presentation draws on research into non-formal learning in HR professionals and provides guidance as to how this type of learning may be maximised for individuals and in organisations.
