Non-violent Approaches to Challenging Behaviour

The workshop will explore responses for dealing with angry, accusatory
or challenging behaviour, particularly at meetings, stalls or demonstrations.
Marcus Armstrong is a peace & justice and human rights worker. His work includes peacekeeping and mediation missions in Iraq and Palestine, anti-war and anti-nuclear non-violent protest and direct action, and various international human rights work in India, Africa, Ukraine, America, Canada and South-East Asia.
In addition he runs a program of workshops, including model based subjects such a non-violence, conflict resolution, social change and mediation, and also more reflective topics such as forgiveness, identity, privilege and embracing life.
