About this event

What is Nook?

Nook is an open source client relationship and case management tool designed specifically for community energy groups. Developed by Outlandish in close collaboration with energy advisors across the UK, Nook supports the full energy advice journey—from triaging residents to managing tasks, tracking outcomes, and reporting to funders. Intuitive, customisable, and built for real-world use, Nook is currently available to pilot until the end of 2025.

What is this community hour?

Join us to learn more about Nook, troubleshoot challenges, and connect with others using the tool.

Our monthly online sessions are primarily for existing Nook users, developers, and potential users, to connect, ask questions, and share insights. These informal sessions are facilitated by Nadia from Outlandish, with regular input from the wider Nook team.

We’ll also document key questions, answers, and updates in our shared Notion space, so knowledge is easy to access and build on.

If you’re interested in becoming a Nook user you are welcome to join these sessions and get a sense of our community.

First Wednesday of the month, 2-3pm.

Free to attend. No need to book if you already have the details but register here if you want Eventbrite to remind you!
