Join us as we explore Nordic baking through rye breads and cinnamon buns.
Nordic baking has become very popular recently; with its use of spices, seeds, and rye flour it's a great style. In this workshop you'll learn how to bake simple rye loaves, and find out what makes cinnamon buns so good. Along with making loaves and buns, we'll enjoy a nordic inspired vegetarian soup supper.
