Join us for a refreshing and energising outdoor activity designed for students and staff of UofG.This session will include:
- Introduction to Nordic Walking poles and how to adjust them
- Explanation of basic techniques
- A guided walk through the park
- Finishing with a relaxing stretch
Nordic Walking is a great way to stay active while enjoying the outdoors. It supports both physical fitness and mental wellbeing, helping to reduce stress and encourage connection with nature.
As part of Glasgow University Sport, this activity provides an opportunity for the campus community to come together, be active, and enjoy the fresh air.
