This a Tribunal Workshop run by Norfolk SEND Partnership for parents wishing to appeal their final Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

Guidance on mediation, EHCP appeal forms, preparing your case, appeal timetable and evidence needed.

There wil be some individual time slots available after the workshop which will be on a first come first serve basis, to book one of these places please contact Norfolk SEND Partnership directly on 01603 704070.

KEY POINTS TO REMEMBER PRIOR TO THE WORKSHOP -

You have 2 months from the date of the Local Authorities decision letter or one month from the mediation certificate which ever is later in which to appeal.

We would generally advise you appeal sections B, F and I.
