Event description

Description

Norfolk Teaching Librarian's Network (NTLN) is a new group that has been created to enable teaching librarians from this region to share and build on the knowledge and expertise of each other. All librarians from any sector who undertake any kind of teaching are invited to attend. NTLN has grown out of a collaboration between UEA and NUA subject librarians, who met to share practice over the summer in 2016, and found the experience extremely useful. We wanted to open out this dialogue to other librarians in the area, so as to enrich our own teaching practice and foster greater co-operation between local institutions.

This first event of the network will be a facilitated workshop and exchange of experience looking at sharing ideas and best practice in teaching and learning. It will be an opportunity for group members to meet one another, and discuss our challenges and successes in our teaching endeavours. We welcome librarians dealing with teaching and instruction in any way within their role, whether you are new to teaching or a seasoned hand.

We’d love to see you and hear about your experiences!
