North Downs Way Pilgrims Festival - Celebration Feast

A delicious Lamb Roast Menu to enjoy Pilgrim Style In Wye Church. Celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the North Downs Way National Trail this special event is open to all. Enjoy one of the many festival walks before the feast and enjoy the pilgrim displays and shows in the church. The feast will be preceded by a short talk by Refugee Tales, music throughout and a special pilgrim song performance after by the British Pilgrimage Trust.

A Slow Roasted whole lamb and boned and rolled legs of lamb. Prepared, cooked and carved by our Professionally Qualified Chefs served with Sage and Onion Stuffing,

Two flavour sausages, Fried onions and apple sauce to soft floured hot dog rolls, bread rolls. Assortment of sauces

Home Made Vegetarian Option, Spanish/Mediterranean Quiche, Roasted root vegetables with rice in spice stuffed in red pepper.

Potatoes: Roasted New potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic , Minted New Potatoes tossed in melting butter or Spicy potato wedges

Seasonal Green Leaf Salad: A Mixture of Freshly Sourced Spring Leaves. Including Lambs Leaves, Curly Endive and Lollo Rosso, with Spring Onions, Diced Cucumber and halve and whole cherry tomato.
