Is the Fire Risk Assessment for your Community Building up to date?
Come along to this free event sponsored by Your Community Space. The event will give you valuable information about Fire Risk Assessments, to help you manage the safety of your venue. The Keynote Presentation is Fire Safety in Community Halls, by the Business Education Advisor from North Wales Fire Service.
We aim for the event to be informing and engaging, whilst providing you with fresh ideas from the suppliers at the trade exhibition.
This is a great opportunity to meet with your fellow community building custodians, to catch up, share ideas and network.
There is also a trade exhibition, complimentary lunch, and some short presentations to advise you about; Advertising Your Venue, Volunteers, Insurance, Fundraising, Energy Efficiency & Dressing Your Venue.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
There is no age limit or ID required to attend the event.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Buses 28/28A and 110 call to Northop. There is off street parking close by, and a large free car park directly opposite the venue.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No that is not neccessary.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, just log in to make your amendments.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes you may pass on your tiket if you are no longer able to attend.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, that is fine, however the person attending will need to provide their contact details.
