North of Scotland Future Energy Scenarios: the journey to net zero
About this event
About the Event
The transmission network in the north of Scotland will play an important role in the transition to net zero, contributing roughly 10% of the action required to support the UK’s emissions reduction targets, despite only representing 5% of the population. In this presentation, I’ll be providing an overview of my professional journey and our latest analysis on a range of potential electricity generation and demand scenarios for our network area in the north of Scotland.
