The Male Health Stakeholder Group and its members serve a pivotal role in supporting and informing the Male Health (Men & Boys) strategy and outreach within North Somerset and beyond its borders.

This is facilitated by providing a space where informed, experienced individuals, professionals, organisations and representatives gather, creating a thought leadership container, dedicated to improving male mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing, then take action and work to redress health inequalities of male’s and anyone identifying as male living in North Somerset.

We offer free mental health related training for people working or volunteering in North Somerset.

The training is funded by North Somerset Council Public Health.

Places on a course are usually awarded on a first come first served basis.

Places are limited and we reserve the right to invoice organisations a payment fee of £75 for individuals who fail to turn up to the event without giving two working days notice

We politely request that all attendees log on promptly to allow the trainer to deliver the full training agenda.
