Event description
We're offering FREE 30 minute appointments with a SEND practitioner, for you to discuss your SEND query or concern.

About this event

We’re holding a FREE morning ‘SEND surgery’ for parents and carers living in North Somerset who have children with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). We're offering you a face to face appointment with a SENDIAS practitioner.

Date: Thursday 23rd September 2021

Time: 30-minute appointments available to book between 10.30am – 12.30pm

All appointments must be booked in advance.

This is an opportunity to speak to one of our trained North Somerset SENDIAS practitioners on a confidential, one-to-one basis and receive help and support with your query about your child’s special educational needs or disability. We’re happy to discuss paperwork, processes, give you guidance about filling in forms and talk through next steps with you.

Please note - this 'surgery' is only for those who are resident within the North Somerset area. You will be asked to confirm your address when booking.

To book an appointment, click 'details' at the top right of the screen and select a time slot of your choice from the drop-down menu. Please then follow the step by step online registration process.

Many thanks,

Supportive Parents
