North West Women's Network
Event Information
Description
A unique day of personal and professional development, helping you to strengthen your skills and unlock the secrets of collaboration and support.
The agenda includes a rich mix of presentations, workshops and discussion, all aimed at improving our professional development. The day will be facilitated by the highly experienced and talented Brigit Egan.
Jo Fairley will enlighten us on the successful development of the famous Green and Blacks brand, and how she remained focussed and reached her goals. We will also be working together to discuss and share ideas on how we can strengthen our skills for the workplace, and importantly seeing how these can strengthen our characters too.
The event will also include discussion and exercises around the themes of mentoring and career progression as well as hosting a panel of STEM leaders from the North West for a Q&A session.
All this will be alongside a day full of networking and opportunity to establish relationships with like-minded professional women from across the North West. This second meeting of the North West Women’s Network aims to build on the success of the first event, sponsored and hosted by Urenco UK, continuing to create a network of empowered women who support each other’s professional development and strengthen ties across STEM organisations in the North West.
This event is made possible thanks to our sponsors EA Technology and Essar.
