I hope you'll join us for this pre-Christmas gathering. We'll start with cake and coffee and a chance to catch up.

Brief presentations will update you on planned marketing and business support activity for 2021, and give an insight into some other local businesses.

We'll end the afternoon with an informal session - either a sample mindfulness session indoors, or if the weather is good, a short mindful walk in the forest. Please wear suitable footwear/clothing.
