Northern Cure are excited to welcome you to the newly renovated events space Noodlehaus, for our first event of 2021. We will be putting on a nose-to-tail inspired menu, championing high welfare meat and showcasing our Manchester-made charcuterie.

Noodlehaus is the brainchild of Pippa Middlehurst aka Pippy Eats and is situated in a beautifully restored old mill, just a stone’s throw from Piccadilly (and our Salami HQ).

We will be serving a selection of small plates that demonstrate our love for whole animal butchery, while giving a nod to the Asian flavours synonymous with our host.
