Our panellists have a wealth of recruiting experience and face many of the challenges you do in your quest to attract top talent. We'll look at some of the key issues facing NI employers, get insight into how our panellists have tackled these challenges and/ or what they think needs to happen either at company or industry level to help us attract top candidates to join our companies.

*The information you provide when submitting your questions will be shared only with those involved in providing this event.

NITDF Founder Craig Thompson's presentation, that precedes the panel discussion, will look at how recruitment has changed and cover the following key areas:

  • How to define the profile of an ideal candidate when we decide to recruit
  • How to create a compelling candidate experience that's more likely to appeal to those who fit that profile
  • The impact of common recruitment/ selection practices on our objectives
  • How to evaluate what we're doing to see if it's working
