What do I need to wear on my feet?

Outdoor shoes or ideally shoes with suede soles such as jazz shoes. Avoid trainers as they tend to stick to the floor

What clothing do I need to wear?

Anything that you feel comfortable in is fine. Outdoor gear or work out gear, whatever you prefer. If you have Northern soul attire then you may want to come along dressed up.

I have 2 left feet, is this workshop for me?

it is perfect for anybody who claims to have 2 left feet. All the steps are broken down so everybody is able to follow
