Northumbrian Water have a number of schemes that can help households in the Northeast with their water costs.
As part of our Energy Ambassadors project you can come and hear directly from Northumbrian Water about schemes such as their low income discount, Water Sure bill cap scheme, reduced bills for people with insufficient income to cover outgoings, Water Direct and flexible payment plans, and have the opportunity to ask any questions to help your clients.
The session will take approximately 30 minutes for the presentation from Northumbrian Water plus time for questions.
Please note that this session is primarily being made available to those who are part of our Community Energy Ambassadors network and is relevant to any organisation supporting vulnerable households in the Northeast.
