UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO LOW BOOKING NUMBERS, WE HAVE DECIDED TO POSTPONE THIS EVENT TO A LATER DATE.
Earlier this year Norwich was identified as the happiest place to work in the UK. The Guardian article states 77% of people love their job and feel Norwich benefits from having a strong local identity and sense of community.
The article highlights workload, salary and management changes as the three most important factors influencing job satisfaction. Improving communication was also seen as particularly important amongst workers.
Do you agree these findings?
Additionally, the University of Warwick reports happy people are 12% more productive.
Does your company have a happy workforce? What challenges have you faced and overcome?
