Track ‘n’ Trail is a new challenge event that Norwood is launching this year. Aimed at children aged 6+, teenagers and families this challenge is fun for all.
There are 2 challenges and two routes:
RUN - 5km or 10km
CYCLE - 5km or 10km
The 5km run is a fun run and a more moderate challenge - suitable for 6+ and one for the whole family. There are different fun zones and obstacles along the way that will get you messy with lots of laughs.
The 10km run is a more serious challenge for participants to get stuck into the testing terrain. There will be no obstacles in your way so you can challenge your friends and race to the finish line.
The 5km and 10km cycle has obstacles that are bike friendly and will be incorporated into the route so you can show of your skills on your wheels.
It can be done with a group of friends, individually or as a family -as long as everyone under 16 is accompanied by an adult.
Free running and cycling shirts will be given, as well as certificates, medals and loads of food and drink along the way!
It may be tough, you will get messy - but you will be raising money for Norwood and you will be helping to support thousands of children, families and adults who rely on us.
DON'T MISS OUT!
Please note registration fee is £15 per person and in addition, a minimum fundraising target of just £100 per family, but the more you raise, the greater your achievement and the more you help the people we support.
You can come and support for free or volunteer but if you wish to partake in this challenge you must register via the Norwood website.
