Definitely not! Come and walk it with us, sprint it or plod it. The whole idea behind our run socials, fitness socials is to get you all up, moving and feeling good together!

Yes! but keep on a lead please. Staiths welcomes furry friends, but please let us know in the notes

Bring your kids, your fellas, your mamas, you do not have to be a member of our gym or you do not have to be a certain sex to join us. KWXplorers events are separate to our gym and are designed to invite everyone!
