NoTanx Freediving - Brighton Wednesday Session

About this event
These are coached club sessions for NoTanx members. They are suitable for beginners up to world champions. We meet around 8.30pm just to the right of the reception area for a dry warm up session and get in the water from 9 - 10pm.

We break Freediving into 10 aspects that can be trained separately, and have 42 exercises that train all 10 aspects.
Most sessions are Yin (soft internal) working on soft techniques, awareness & efficiency. Other sessions are Yang sessions (hard external) working on monofin technique and flexibility.
