About this event

These are coached Club sessions - suitable for beginners up to world champions.

To join our Club sessions, you need to be able to confidently swim 2 lengths of a pool (on the surface).

If you are interested in coming along to try out, please book a Tryout ticket.

We meet at 8.30pm just to the right of the reception area for a dry warm-up session and get in the water from 9-10pm.

Please let us know if you need to borrow fins or a mask.

We break Freediving into 10 aspects that can be trained separately, and have 42 exercises that train all 10 aspects.

Most sessions are Yin (soft internal) working on soft techniques, awareness and efficiency. Other sessions are Yang sessions (hard external) working on monofin technique and flexibility.
