These are coached Club sessions - suitable for beginners up to world champions.
To join our Club sessions, you need to be able to confidently swim 2 lengths of a pool (on the surface).

We meet in the cafe area at 8.30pm for a dry warm up session and get in the water from 21:00 - 22:00.

We break Freediving into 10 aspects that can be trained separately, and have 42 exercises that train all 10 aspects.
Most sessions are Yin (soft internal) working on soft techniques, awareness and efficiency. Other sessions are Yang sessions (hard external) working on monofin technique and flexibility.
