Join us for an empowering morning with yume.health as we celebrate Perimenopause Awareness Month with a Peri Power Pow-Wow — because it's time to get real about hormonal health, wellbeing, and the experiences of women navigating this journey, whatever age and stage you're at.
Over coffee and conversation, our expert panel will share their knowledge and personal stories: back pain specialist Ivana Demmel from RePower will explore all things pelvic floor, microbiome expert Lindsay Rose from Goodbac will discuss the gut-hormone connection, and Mette Andersen, founder of yume health, will share the benefits of pressing PLAY on your hormonal health through micro-habits and lifestyle interventions.
Hosted by Anjoli Dey, co-founder of yume health, this is your chance to hear from real women who've been there, done that OR are doing it. Plus, Mette will guide us through a grounding moment to breathe and body scan.
Here's what to expect:
- Connecting with like-minded mums in a relaxed Notting Hill setting

- Celebrating the power and wisdom of women supporting women
Whether you're navigating post-partum, in the thick of perimenopause, curious about what's ahead, or simply want to connect with other women on similar journeys, you'll walk away with practical knowledge and new connections.
✨ Sound + Breath Journey (Optional Add-On)
Take time to recharge with Sandra from &GROUND. During these sessions you’ll have an opportunity to participate in gentle guided breathing exercises, listen to enchanting, soothing sounds of Himalayan and crystal bowls, chimes, voice and many other organic sounds. You’ll be able to disconnect, as Sandra will guide you into a realm of organic stillness and passive meditation
