Event description

Description

The ICC Cricket World Cup Trophy Tour, driven by Nissan, will be undertaking a 100-day tour of England and Wales, visiting all 11 Cricket World Cup 2019 venues. It starts off in London and will finish on 29 May ahead of the tournament opener at The Oval for England v South Africa. Trent Bridge will be hosting five matches.

We’re extremely excited to announce that we have been able to secure a private viewing of the World Cup Trophy at a very special Nottingham Partners Breakfast event on Tuesday 23 April at Trent Bridge.

The event will start with refreshments and networking at 8am. The main event will start promptly at 8:30am where we will hear from Lisa Pursehouse, CEO of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, Mick Newell, Director of Cricket and Hugh White, Director of Sport and Culture at Nottingham City Council. They will talk about the significance of the event and of cricket generally to Nottingham.

After the event, there will be the unique opportunity for you to lift the trophy and have your personal photograph taken.

Places will be limited for this event so we would appreciate you booking early to avoid disappointment. There will be no charge to attend.

** Please note that this event may be filmed so by attending you give your consent to be filmed **
