About this event

Health • Yoga

Grace and Aimée are two friends living in Bristol who have brought together their two independent Bristol businesses to create Nourish and Flourish. Nourish and Flourish is a community based collaborative bringing people together for yoga and food.

Their key goals for their collaboration is to:
Create a safe and warm space for people to connect with themselves and each other
provide you with delicious, nutritional and seasonal food and build a friendly and welcoming community in Bristol.

This is our first Yoga & Supper club - as the seasons are changing we wanted to offer a new event that leans into this. We are excited to host this event in a new location for the Yoga class again in the heart of both our local community.
Following this class will be a vibrant, nutritious and warming dinner.

Yoga with Aimée
This class will take inspiration from the Ashtanga primary series, incorporating asana (postures) to build both strength and flexibility. You will be guided through breathing exercises followed by sun salutations and an energetic flow. This will conclude with asana designed to slow the breath, calm the nervous system and recenter.
Suitable for beginners or to support those with an established practice.

Dinner with Grace
Having been vegan for almost a decade Grace has learnt a lot about nutrition and how to fuel your body on a plant based diet. Each menu is unique as Grace is sure to include seasonal ingredients with carefully considered health benefits to complement your yoga practice.

As Autumn is drawing in, Grace is excited to produce a range of Middle Eastern inspired dishes using seasonal veg. Think warming, smokey, fragrant, tangy, sweet and spicy mouthfuls using locally grown vegetables.
Served in an intimate communal space, the food will involve a seasonal sharing spread:
Warm and cold mezze sharing platters
A classic British winter dessert with a twist
The event is BYOB so please feel free to bring along a bottle to drink. Soft drinks will be included.

All food served will be vegan and freshly made. Please let me know any specific dietary requirements (made in a kitchen handling gluten, nuts, mustard and sesame).

Both Grace and Aimée will join for dinner and welcome any questions you may have about Yoga and/or the food.
