Join authors Tanya Goodin, Catherine Gray and Suzy Reading, who will be sharing their detoxing stories. The discussion will be chaired by Rebecca Gillam of BALANCE magazine.
Tanya Goodin is an award-winning digital entrepreneur, tech ethicist and author, who has spent her entire career focused on the interaction between people and technology. For 20+ years she was the founder and owner of one of the UK's first digital marketing agencies, now she is author of Off and founder and owner of digital detox specialists Time To Log Off (itstimetologoff.com).
Catherine Gray is an award-winning writer and editor who writes for Stylist, Stella, The Telegraph, Marie Claire, The Pool, The Guardian, Emerald Street, Women’s Health, and YOU magazine. Her first book The Unexpected Joy of Being Sober was published in December 2017.
Suzy Reading specialises in empowering people with the tools of self-care as a Chartered Psychologist, yoga teacher and author of The Self-Care Revolution.
Rebecca Gillam is currently digital editor of BALANCE magazine. Having worked in fashion and beauty, she now focuses predominantly on wellbeing, health and the environment — writing on topics ranging from medicinal mushrooms to mindful drinking.
