Let’s talk about something most of us never got taught: how to work *with* our hormones, rather than against them. Join us for a deeply supportive and empowering afternoon exploring how nutrition, rest, and simple lifestyle shifts can help you feel more balanced, energised, and connected to your body.

Led by Nutritional Therapist Nudrat Chagtai and yoga teacher Kitti, this women’s health workshop is designed to gently guide you through the rhythms of your hormonal cycle and offer practical tools to support yourself through each phase.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, tired, or just curious about what’s going on under the surface, this is a space to learn, reset, and restore.

You’ll experience:

🌿 A 60-minute talk exploring how hormones impact mood, energy, digestion and more - plus simple, everyday ways to support your cycle through food, lifestyle, and self-awareness

🧘‍♀️ A 60-minute restorative yoga and yoga nidra practice to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom

🍵 Herbal teas, nourishing snacks, and time to chat, reflect, and connect with others
