Description

About the day

You will learn about our pioneering natural systems approach to wellbeing, mindfulness and other resilience techniques, and benefit from facilitated sessions exploring the content of our wider 'Nourishing the Frontline' 2017/18 programme.

There is also a unique opportunity for representatives of frontline organisations (people working in health & social care, counsellors & coaches, youth workers, emergency services etc) to meet the Wisdom Tree team and discuss the potential for a free bespoke day for their team. Our funding enables us to offer our open days plus 4 bespoke days free at the point of delivery. Come along to our Taster Day, 19 June 2017, and we´ll be allocating bespoke days on a first come, first served basis. Register your interest in a tailor-made day for your team.

If resilience and wellbeing skills at work are high on your agenda, join us for this day, gain an experience of the quality of the 2017/18 NTFL programme and the wood, and explore this exciting opportunity to bring your team for a day of nourishment and wellbeing.

About the wood

Hazel Hill is a magical 70-acre wood 7 miles from Salisbury, with a great diversity of wildflowers, trees and fungi, providing a variety of landscapes and habitats. The retreat centre consists of beautiful off-grid wooden buildings, campfires and beautiful open spaces, offering unique scope for people to deepen their connection with nature and learn about living renewably. Check other events and sign up to our quarterly newsletter to stay informed.

We are asking for voluntary donations towards the cost of the lunch for the Taster Day.
