Do I need to bring anything?

No, we have lots of mats, cushions, chairs and blankets to make you comfortable.

Where can I park my car?

There is free on-street parking from 6pm right outside Westbourne Medical Studios.

Is it OK to eat beforehand?

Yes! Although if you choose to lie down for the workshop, you might prefer a lighter meal beforehand. There are some wonderful cafes a short walk away from us if you want to grab a bite before coming to the workshop.
