With the generous support of RCKa, we are providing in-person complimentary design mentoring for current and prospective students and young practitioner within architecture and the built environment; irrespective of your background or academic stage.We encourage applications from women, disabled individuals, Black, Asian, Global Majority Ethnic background candidates, and individuals of diverse gender identities.
Sessions simply focuses on improving representation in the built environment. We do this through the offer of complimentary short- and long term mentoring support for young professionals from underrepresented backgrounds. As proof of its success, since March 2020, we have engaged with over 900 individuals across 50 cities globally; including of course London. Sessions is winner of the Diversity in Action category at the Inspire Future Generations Awards 2023 , 2024 Finalist in the Mentoring category; and winner of the 2025 Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity Award from the University of Greenwich.
If cancellation / reschedule is required, please aim to do so with as much advanced notice as possible, or at least 2 days, prior to your Session. Please note that repeated cancellations may result in refusal to future bookings.
Please arrive at RCKa Office, First Floor, 16-24 Underwood Street, London N1 7JQ at least 10mins before your scheduled Session.
