It is free to register for this event. On attendance, attendees will be invoiced a rate of £80.00 per person


An invaluable conference for all NQTs and practitioners to begin the 2017/18 NQT Matters Programme.

The morning will begin with a keynote speech followed by a workshop on dyslexia.


Keynote speech: What is learning for? David Wearing (Head of Kelsall Primary School)

Morning workshop: Dyslexia? Well what do you know? Dr Lynda Hine (Senior lecturer, University of Chester).


The afternoon will begin with an opportunity to meet and hear from current RQTs.

This will be followed by a series of phase-specific workshops covering:

  • Early Years (Early Years focus)

  • Student Progress (Secondary focus)

  • Science (Primary focus)

  • Working outside the classroom (Primary focus)


Cost: £80.00 per person


Your School will be invoiced after attendance. Please ensure that you have the relevant permissions from your employer to book your place.
