We are delighted and very grateful to be hosting our second event at Shenley Brook End School. This event will explore the following questions:

- What should I be looking to evaluate around CPD?

- How do I know if the professional development is having an impact on pupils and staff?

- Who should be involved in the evaluation of CPD?

The expected outcomes are:

1. An overview of the current evidence on the most effective ways to carry out and evaluate CPD.

2. Strategies for designing CPD that is easier to evaluate.

3. Examples of how to measure whether professional development is having an impact on pupils and staff.
