Step into an immersive day of movement, music, ritual and deep connection as Numinity takes over &Soul for a one-of-a-kind day party. Expect a powerful Master Plant Breathwork session, Ecstatic Dance, Sound Healing, and a nourishing wild spa experience with sauna and ice baths open all afternoon.

What to Expect:

🌬️ Chapter 1 – Master Plant Breathwork Session (12–2pm)

Begin your journey with an optional dose of a revered Amazonian master plant. You'll be invited to choose intuitively from a small selection, including Marosa, Aya Vine (B. caapi), and Chiric Sanango, each known for its unique energetic properties and healing potential.

Master plants have been used for centuries by Indigenous traditions for guidance, clarity, and deep emotional, physical and spiritual healing. In this session, they are offered in gentle quantities to support subtle awareness, heart-opening, and embodied presence.

We’ll guide you through a conscious connected breathwork journey designed to release stagnation, regulate the nervous system, and awaken new layers of connection and insight. This powerful combination gently prepares the body and psyche for the expansive journey ahead.

🍽️ Chapter 2 – Lunch-time Flow (2–3pm)

A moment of grounding between journeys. Nourish yourself with something delicious from the NOM café, relax in community, or take time for quiet integration. There’s also the option to enjoy the sauna or take a cold plunge before the next wave begins.

🔊 Chapter 3 – Ecstatic Dance & Sound Journey (3–5pm)

Let go into your fullest expression as we dance together in true Numinity style – wild, joyful, and free. Our phenomenal resident DJ Holly will guide us with an eclectic mix of tribal, house, and uplifting beats, crafting a dancefloor journey that invites liberation and deep presence. We close with a blissful sound healing journey to soothe, integrate, and return you to stillness.

PLUS: Wild Spa Experience (2–6pm)

Take a moment for yourself in the &Soul Wild Spa. Sweat it out in the sauna, take a refreshing ice bath, or sit by the outdoor fire and connect with others.

The Space: &Soul:

A community hub, &Soul is a beautifully curated space designed to weave community, movement, and self-exploration into the fabric of urban life. Comprising 11 floors of studio-style bedrooms, over 19,000 sqft of shared amenities, and a rich programme of daily wellness classes designed to support your journey towards self-actualisation and deeper community connection.

Etiquette:

To create a safe space for everyone:

• No talking on the dance floor - let your body do the communicating.

• This is a sober event. Help us keep the space light and clear.

• Respect boundaries - honour your own space and the space of others.

• Barefoot or socks only on the dancefloor.

• No phones - stay present and enjoy the dance.

• Listen to your body - move in a way that feels natural and right for you.

Authorised Filming & Photography:

Designated Photographers / Videographers (who will be pointed out to you at the beginnig of the dance) will take videos and photos during the event. We use videos and photos to promote our events on social media. If you don't want to be included in a video or photo, please let the Photographer / Videographer know. If you see any footage of yourself on social media and want it removed, please message us directly on social media and we’ll do so immediately.

Refunds & Transfers:

Please note that we do not offer refunds or ticket transfers.

We’re a small team running a full events programme and our energy is primarily focused on delivering a powerful, supportive experience for those attending.

That said, we completely understand that life happens. If you are no longer able to attend, we reccomend you offer your ticket for resale or gift it to another member in our community Whatsapp Group.

The good news is that around 95% of tickets are resold easily through the community WhatsApp group, so if you can no longer attend, we reccomend this approach.

The community is incredibly responsive and supportive, and people are often waiting for a spot to open up.

Important Info:

• Bring: Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, an open heart, and (if you’re planning on hitting the wild spa) a swimsuit and 2 towels. You may also want a change of clothes for after the dance.
