About Sarah Philp

After holding down a high pressure job in education for the last 15 years, I understand the physical and mental demands created by busy lives. Sarah Philp Coaching was born from my own personal experience of using coaching and yoga to combat stress and burnout and to create a life that allows me to live.

I help people see things from a different perspective, giving them the confidence and tools they need to live a better and more fulfilling life. I believe in practical tools that structure your thoughts, feelings and habits. These tools are the means through which attainable goal setting can happen, turning your motivation for improvement to reality.

At a time of year when we tend to be reflective we will take some time to consider what the new year means to us and what we want the year to bring. This is a time to really focus on yourself, stepping back from the busyness of life to take control and make things happen.
