"Nurtured by Nature" has been specially curated to help you reconnect with yourself and Mother Earth through grounding practises, creative exploration, somatic dance and powerful release work all supported by the healing energies of the elements, drums, plants and the spirit of Sankofa.

As well as daily meditation, yoga and somatic dance there are also some great day trips scheduled for your expansion.
