This session delivered by Emma Hutchinson, director of Music House for Children, will be useful to those caring for very young children.

About this event

Using music and sound play with songs and rhymes can ignite a young child’s imagination and encourage spontaneous vocalising. The skills shared will include ways of using simple visuals, movement to ignite the imagination and encourage shared participation. The session will be interactive, and participants will have the opportunity to share ideas and discuss in breakout rooms. Participants will also receive downloadable literature and mp3s including lots of ideas for stories, songs and rhymes.
