Nurturing the Womb: Womb Health Workshop Series

This series of womb health workshops delivered by a traditional womb therapist, will take you on a journey of nurturing womb wellness through Rahma, exploring the sacred root of the word ‘womb’. Each session will provide beneficial information around different phases of the womb. Join us on this journey to gain a deeper understanding of the womb through compassion.

Our womb workshops are taking place on the following dates and times:

• Womb Healing and Reconnection - Thursday 20th November 2025, 11:00am - 1:00pm

• Nurturing Fertility and Post Birth Healing Methods - Thursday 18th December 2025, 11:00am - 1:00pm

• Embracing Peri Menopause and Menopausal Transitions - Thursday 22nd January 2025, 11:00am - 1:00pm
