About this event

  • 2 hours

Why not take some time for yourself, to slow down, meet new people and connect with nature?

We'll take a gentle stroll through the summer woodland at Spring Park, make some introductions to mindfulness in nature and have a chance to talk to others in the group.

We'll meet at Inchwood in West Wickham.

If you'd like to stay on for a chat at the end, we'll have some free cooling drinks!

Frequently asked questions

Is there parking

Yes, there is a plenty of free on street parking.

Can children come?

This walk is for over 16s only

Can I bring my dog?

We would prefer you to leave you dog at home as it can distract from the mindful elements of the walk, and be a distraction for owners and others in the group. Some walkers may not like dogs around.

Neil has a growing interest in the power of nature to support wellbeing, has felt called to develop this vision further by launching Nuthatch Retreats. He wants to introduce people to basic activities and techniques to support their wellbeing through nature.

As Nuthatch Retreats begins its journey, Neil is supported by partners and volunteers who support his vision.
