About Michaella:

Hi, I’m Michaella, a recovered FMS patient and award winning registered BANT Nutritionist.

I’ve sat at both sides of the appointment table, first as a patient and now as a healthcare practitioner.

I didn’t care about my health until I got sick. Years of partying, poor diet, stress and drinking eventually lead to developing a chronic pain condition that impacted every part of my life. At its worst, my husband had to feed me water from a bottle because I felt too exhausted to do it myself. I had constant pain and tried everything to feel better, from medications to oxygen tanks and everything in between.

As a last ditch effort, I decided to cut out processed foods for one week and see how I felt. To my amazement, much of my pain decreased and so began my journey to recovery from chronic pain to good health.

I became passionate about the role that diet can play in disease development and recovery. I decided to get a qualification in nutritional therapy across London and Edinburgh and graduated with distinction. I then set up my own clinical practice so I could start helping others with chronic pain and all other areas of health.
