Description

Whether it’s your first or fifteenth marathon, this nutrition session with MSc qualified nutritionist and Sports Scientist Ruth Tongue will help to answer all of your questions on what to eat during your training, on and after your long runs and on marathon day itself. Do you really need energy gels? Can you train for a marathon sugar-free? Can you train for a marathon and at the same time try to lose weight? All will be revealed.

Time 7-8.30pm (90 minutes)
